MyLaplandTravel’s story began with accommodations, and when our guests started asking for local tours, an idea was born: to offer everyone the same warmth, authenticity, and personal touch that we had always shared with our visitors.
But for us, Lapland is not a product — it’s our home. Because we grew up surrounded by its forests, lakes, reindeer, and northern lights, every tour we create is built from genuine love for this land.

Hi, I’m Perttu, and I’ve been living in Rovaniemi for about 10 years.
My goal is to offer genuine Lapland experiences — not crowded tourist spots, but calm and authentic places. I also know the key highlights of Rovaniemi and enjoy sharing both well-known and hidden locations.

Hi, I’m Juho, a guide who brings a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere to every tour. During the winter season, I work in Rovaniemi in tourism, and I especially enjoy meeting people and creating unforgettable experiences in the northern nature.
Local Reindeer Herder
I was born and raised in a small village north of the Arctic Circle. My entire life has been intertwined with this land and its traditions—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. As a reindeer herder, I live by the rhythm of nature, and I bring that same Northern calm to everything I do.
